Beautiful Farmhouse in Sweet Village, Close to Beach

This 1600s farmhouse was enchanting, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Beautiful house, pool and grounds, covered outdoor space for lounging. It looks like it is in a remote location, but it is actually in the village of Calonge. 10 minute drive to the beach. Owners greeted us and were lovely.

We have stayed for 10 days in this beautiful " Masia ! a traditional country house in the Costa Brava region , and the experience was perfect to relax in an area of great beauty and peace The house is all in stone with the traditional elements you find in traditional country houses , but is has been fully refurbished to modern standards (bathrooms , heating ) , with gorgeous mix of period ( Indian and English ) and traditional rustic furniture and decorative elements only found in lived in houses , as well as a great kitchen fully organised with many many elements for cooking and serving food . it has a large garden with complete privacy and a large swimming pool with an even shower and bathrooms in the garden to serve it , also , space for parking inside and a large super-market very near The owners where very gracious and attentive , they live in a near town so anything you need they are there for you , so I fully recommend it for winter or summer ,as it has a great fire place in the kitchen , with plenty of wood to burn The house is great to be inside , outside , as it has a Terrace with a large table and you can go for walks near it it as it has plenty of other farms in the vicinity

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison restaurée avec goût de l'ancien..un vrai havre de paix! De plus,Carmen et Ignacio ont toujours été à notre écoute et de très bons conseils pour visiter les alentours! Tout est à proximité..la plage et ses belles criques et le supermarché Spar à 500 m est très bien pour faire de bons barbecues à la casa! Le marché de calonge est très bien aussi..délicieux légumes avec les pobrons à déguster! Merci à vous 2 encore pour votre écoute! Hasta luego!
