Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request). Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and sofa bed

Electric central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hairdryer. Iron and Ironing board. Roadside parking available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles and beach 2.5 miles. Note: This property is adjoining the owner's home. Note: There is an excellent sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests, but please bring bedding for this. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Please note there is heavy structural work taking place in the ajoining property, which may be noisy between the hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday's-Friday's until 4th of April 2024.
