Great short stay
Fabulous property in a great location and within lovely grounds . The property has everything you need and more, was beautifully clean and was generous in size. The gardens and grounds are fantastic and ideal for a stay with dogs . The pool table and tennis court are a real bonus and access to the river is great . The hosts were always quick to reply . All in all a fantastic place to stay in a lovely part of the world .

My wife Sarah and I enjoy outdoor living in Worcestershire along with our three children and two little dog. We welcome all guests and are on hand to help when needed

Why they chose this property

The property is 3 acres in total behind brick wall and original cast iron gates. It is the original Manor house and is in the centre of the (small) village on top of a hill- unusual considering the amount of land. We live in the main house and it is the perfect place for children to explore and enjoy the land and amenities we are lucky enough to have.

What makes this property unique

The cottage has french doors opening onto the top lawn with the most amazing views over the countryside. It is West facing so captures beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Wander down the garden and there is a built in trampoline and climbing frame for little ones and a tennis/basketball court. Down the hill (which in winter is great for sledging; in summer we quite often have a slip and slide out) through the orchard with plums and apples and you reach the River Bank. There is a swing seat here to relax. Or for the more adventurous, we can loan you paddleboards.

It is a very peaceful location with multiple pubs in walking distance; a farm shop and cafe; and you are close to Cotswolds (10 minutes to Broadway) and other larger towns.
