Entrance/Accessibility:
The house has its own private entrance. All living spaces are on the ground floor and all bedrooms are on the first floor. There is parking for two cars to the side of the house.

Kitchen Area:
This modern kitchen/dining area has all you will need for your stay. There is a fridge, freezer and ample cupboard space. The property has an oven, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
The kitchen boasts a dishwasher and a cleaning pack will be provided with dishwasher tabs, dish soap and spare bin bags.
There is a dining space within the kitchen area to enjoy your meals together.

Living Area:
This light and bright living area has views out to the garden and has a comfortable corner sofa and separate armchair so you can relax and feel at home. The Tv has smart functions.

Bedrooms:
There are three good size bedrooms all on the first floor. All bedrooms have double beds and stylish decor. There are two bedrooms to the rear and one to the front of the property.
The master bedroom is at the rear of the property and has a cosy double bed and an ensuite shower room. The other two rooms both have double beds.

Bathrooms:
There is a main family bathroom on the first floor with bath over shower, the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a separate W/C with handbasin on the ground floor.

Extras:
The property has its own private garden
This property will allow pets for an extra fee
Parking for two cars and free on street parking for any other vehicles.

Access is via lock box on site at the property

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware there is also an admin fee for processing this.
