Apartment Juanita a ground floor apartment situated in the quiet residential area of Llenaire, on the outskirts of Port de Pollenca, just 300 metres to the long sandy beach in the bay of Pollenca. The apartment has a private enclosed garden with a lawn and garden furniture including a dining set and a barbecue for grilled meals al fresco as well as the use of the communal swimming pool. Inside, comprises 2 air conditioned bedrooms (1 double/1 twin), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a compact yet well equipped kitchen and an open plan living/dining space. Glass patio doors open out to the garden allowing plenty of natural light and the apartment has modern furnishings throughout, Free Wi-Fi is also available. In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute stroll along the promenade will take you to the main town of Port de Pollenca. Juanita is a great choice for a small family or a couple seeking a sun-filled beach holiday close to all amenities.
