This delightful annexe rests in Illogan, West Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Byghan Thornton is a lovely property just 1.3 miles from popular Portreath, close to beaches and wonderful walking routes. The accommodation is studio style and can sleep two people. Inside you can find an open-plan living space containing a kitchen, living and dining area and a double bed. Outside is a wonderful patio area with seating and off-road parking for one car. Byghan Thornton is a fabulous property for couples who want to explore the beautiful sights of Cornwall. One small dog welcome, although please note, from January 2027, this property will no longer accept pets.

Amenities: Electric fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Garden with gravelled patio and sun chairs. One small well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.8 miles, beach 1.1 miles. Note: One small dog welcome but should be kept on a lead whilst on the property. Please note, from January 2027, this property will no longer accept pets. Note: The garden at this property is immediately adjacent to the owners garden and home.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Illogan is a small, ex tin-mining community nestled among open countryside and just two miles from Portreath and its glorious sandy beach. Further afield you will find the towns of St Ives and Penzance, home to art galleries, quaint harbours and plenty of restaurants, resting just ten miles from Illogan. There are many attractions within easy reach of Illogan, such as Flamard's Theme Park and the Gweek Seal Sanctuary, making it a fantastic base for exploring this pretty area.
