Peaceful Location Less Than One Mile From Beautiful Beaches

Tre View is a bright and modern one bedroomed, self contained flat attached to the family home (sleeps 2) in the quiet village of Connor Downs. We are close to the picturesque harbour town of St Ives and only a 5 minute drive from the beach, perfect for surfing, soaking up the sunshine or taking a walk along the coastal paths enjoying the amazing views over St Ives Bay. There is ample parking at Tre View.



Bedrooms:
The double bedroom is positioned on the first floor at the front of the house.
It contains a oak wardrobe and chest of drawers. Adjacent to the bedroom is a wc and washbasin.

Bathrooms:
The spacious brand new bathroom is situated on the ground floor, it is fully equipped with wc, electric shower and washbasin.


Kitchen:
The galley style kitchen is situated on the first floor with views to St Ives. Fully equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board & iron.

Living Rooms:
The spacious and light lounge/dining area on the first floor is situated on the first floor, with views over to St Ives and the Towans. There is a very comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV/DVD and electric fire.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All bedding and towels are included in the price (with the exception of beach towels)

Accommodation is light and airy and contained all we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well kitted out. Loved the shower room downstairs which was great when returning from a day at the beach. The place is lovely and clean and lots in place for corona. I was a little nervous to travel due to the virus but on entering the property, we were left with hand sanitizer and cleaning products which put my mind at ease. The owner was lovely as was the annex and a great location. Would definitely recommend

Tre view is modern, clean and very well equipped. It is a really nice place to stay. We loved it so much. Great local shops and the beach is just a few minutes away. We would definitely come back. Owners left milk and biscuits on our arrival which was a nice touch. You would not regret staying here.

Great value for money. Good peaceful location. Well equipped and comfortable. Friendly greeting upon arrival. Visited Blue Reef Aquarium - a little small for the cost but has some great tanks. County Skittles was a gem of a place for kids when weather poor. Need to book in advance Gwithian is just a gorgeous location for beaches, cliff views and walks and seal spotting.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und absolut gepflegt. Das Badezimmer ist neu und hat genügend Haken zum Aufhängen (dies ist meist Mangelware). Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat eine gute Matratze und Vorhänge zum verdunkeln. Die Küche und das Geschirr sind sehr sauber.Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen. Danke nochmals an Christine und Bob!

Lovely stay

Clean, spacious and modern flat with everything we needed for our stay. Within walking distance of the local pub and small shop and only a short distance by car to Hayle and St Ives. Also close to the train station at St Erth. Lovely views from the rear of the property. We did manage to walk to the coast over fields but the footpath wasn't very well signposted! Lovely stay and we hope to return.

Why they chose this property

We love living in this area of Cornwall. Being so close to a 3 mile long beautiful beach is such a bonus and as we love coastal walking we are very spoilt.

What makes this property unique

The flat is just a 5 minute drive to the beach but it is an easy walk too where you can enjoy relaxing in one of the beach cafes with amazing views.
With the flat being mainly on the first floor, we love the light and views that this afforded, making it an ideal place to chill in an evening.
