Seasons Resort Condo

Looking for a great place to get away? Nicely furnished and outfitted townhouse at the Seasons Resort, which is located one mile from Attitash. Our unit has been recently updated with new furniture, TV, carpet. This unit does not have a/c.

The Seasons is also close to Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Black Mountain and Mt Washington. cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, snowmobiling are all within a 5 minute drive. There is also an on-site sports club with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment, game room and outdoor ice rink (condition permitting). There is also wireless internet access throughout the property. The game room includes pool tables, arcade games, ping-pong tables, foosball and air hockey. Use of these facilities is included at no additional charge. Sleeping arrangements: 1 king sized bed in master with private bath and a huge sleeping loft with a pullout queen and 4 twin bed sized bunks.

Cute spot for a quick visit

The condo was perfect for a quick trip to Story Land, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus! Location was perfect, close to everything but tucked away.

Perfect for family vacation.

We had an amazing time at John's condo. It had everything we needed. The beds we comfortable, condo was clean and it was a perfect location. Our kids loved the separate loft. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost every night. We would definitely stay again.

Hiking trip in NH

The condo is in a great location for doing all the local NH things, and conveniently not in a super busy area with a lot of traffic. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Great decor inside. This was my second time staying there and I’d go again!

Great ski location!

We had a ball at John’s condo. What a perfect place to stay for a ski getaway! 5+ local mountains to choose from. Also a great clubhouse for games, ping pong, swimming, hot tub etc. A very peaceful condo neighborhood with great views!

Great for ski trip

We only had 3 in our party for a weekend ski trip so it was very spacious. Minutes from Attitash, clean and comfortable. Quiet considering we were in a condo complex. In unit laundry and clubhouse on premises with heated pool definite pluses.

Space to spread out

Condo was great with space for everyone to spread out. Close to Attitash. Good proximity to North Conway. Clubhouse with pool was a bonus when we had rain. Would have preferred an 11am check out given that the dishes had to be washed, dried and put away.

Clean and roomy

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. My kids loved their own loft area away from us. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. John was easy to communicate with. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Well equipped and neat place. The location is excelllent and the club house is good. But the place could be a bit cleaner. The sheets had lots of fluff, there were crumbs at the kitchen counter, and urine stains on the guest toilet seat. Aside from these, the place is clean and we would stay here again.

Perfect location

We spent 3 nights at condo with our 2 young grandchildren to visit Storyland, Living Shores and Santa’s Village. Condo was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us and the grounds were nice to walk with the kids. We used the indoor pool once because they spent so much time in the water at both parks they didn’t even ask to go to the pool. John communicated all that we needed to know prior to us checking in. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place for a Conway/Attitash Vacation

We travel and VRBO a lot and find all sorts of spots. This one is a winner! The condo is compact but has EVERYTHING we needed including two living rooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, comfy beds, and more. It was also super clean. You can't beat the location and the clubhouse with the pool, hot tub, game room, ping pong, etc was a huge bonus. Also, there was a big snow storm while we were in the condo and the snow plow services was early and amazing so we could get right to the mountain to enjoy the powder!

Great Location in NH White Mountain Region

Our family of three plus my brother’s family of four have just returned from one of the best vacations we've ever had! The condo is superb, spacious, clean and like a home from home. This unit is well equipped with everything we need from TV to pots and pans to cook our meal. The kids had a great time in the pool, tennis court and playground. The property is perfect location to all the hiking trails, many beautiful waterfalls and close to North Conway town. The owner was very nice, helpful and provided dining suggestions. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo in great location

Communication with John was quick and easy from the beginning. He was prompt in replying and helpful. We love the 1 bedroom and loft condo because if kids are up early and sounding like elephants in the loft (not sure how a 55lb kid can be so loud walking), we don't have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. The boot dryers were a great bonus when skiing in winter. 100% stay here again in winter. Parking close to condo even when lot was failry full vacation week.

No AC, but lots of dust and stains

We've rented this place for a few days couple of weeks ago. I love this area of NH, and stayed at Seasons few times before. I was hoping to get the same experience with this rental, but unfortunately was very disappointed. The place has no AC, it was extremely hot in the unit all the time. We couldn't sleep well at night, opening windows didn't help much at all. Also, there was dust everywhere, the place hasn't been cleaned before we arrived, there were somebody's hair on the sofa in the living room (disgusting), and stains on the dinning table. There was bedding lining in the dryer and dust as well. They charge a lot of money for cleaning, wonder where this money actually going. Very unhappy with this unit. They should provide customers with refund for a dirty place like this and for no AC in summer!

Family Weekend Away

Great place to stay. Close to Storyland and hiking (which we did!) Plenty of restaurants in the area. Room for all the kids - great kitchen, big table, and two lounge spaces. Enjoyed our stay - would be back

Bartlett vacation

Enjoyed our stay. One problem was the screen out to porch which was very hard to open and close. The slats on the windows probably should be replaced. This certainly didn’t affect our time there as we all had a great time. Host John was very easy to communicate with and the area was great
