* Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed, and full bed with shared hallway bathroom, closet, and smart TV.

We love a well-equipped kitchen. We know our guests are cooking for their families, so we want to ensure you have everything you need.
-Full-size fridge and freezer with ice maker
-Stove and oven, which includes all pots and pans needed
-Dishwasher and includes dishwashing soap
-Small appliances include: AirFryer, toaster, blender, and crock-pot
-Cooking basics provided (salt, pepper, and oil)

Other Things To Note:
* Please note that there are multiple construction projects on the street including next door.
* Guests will have full access to the home except for one supply closet and the garage. As the supply closet and garage are used for maintenance items.
* We have 24-hour support provided by the local house manager. She is available for any questions or concerns you may have. Owners are also local and will be available on-site for any emergency.
Permitted Vacation Rental:
We are a permitted rental through El Dorado County. The following rules are from the county of South Lake Tahoe, and we must follow each and every one of them. Failure to do so will result in fines being directly applied to the renter and immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund. These are rules that every permitted vacation rental has to follow:
1) A written contract from the host to the renter is required.
2) 10 pm - 9 am is quiet time for all rentals. Absolutely no noise between this time.
3) Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box, which is the brown box on our driveway. Do not use the neighbor's trash cans.
4) No parties and a very strict rule of a max of 6 people at all times (over the age of 5).
5) A max of 4 cars and all cars have to be parked in the driveway at all times. No street parking at any time.
6) Both we and VRBO strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations, as we have a firm cancellation policy. Please note that we are unable to refund or modify reservations due to weather or road conditions. We encourage you to plan accordingly.
