The private suite is located on a quiet, private street close to numerous restaurants, parks, train station, river, canal, local museum, etc. We loved the charming town with so much history and appreciate that it is not commercialized and busy with tourists. Our host was awesome and shared so many great points of interest. If we have the opportunity, we definitely will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bradford on Avon. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating at all times. It is a perfect location in town and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will certainly be back and will recommend to other.

Overall impression is the property is comparable to a studio apartment. Lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Bed comfortable and clean. Small fridge, kettle with tea and coffee bags supplied. Was greeted by Milly with bottle of milk and cookies on arrival . Not suitable for self catering. But has the advantage of a short walk into the centre.

Our guest suite is a really short walk into town and it is easy to get to nearby Bath. The room is really clean and comfortable, and should have everything you need.

What makes this property unique

The property benefits from it's own parking space, and is in a really beautiful location. There is a small wood behind and the river Avon, with weir, is towards the front. The walk into town is really beautiful.
