In summer: destination for walks, biking, via ferrate. In winter: downhill skiing, on the Latemar (Obereggen-Pampeago) and on the Cermis; cross-country skiing, in the paradise of the Lavazè Pass. 6 rooms, 11 or 12 beds. The villa is a historical landmark for the Valley, built by my grandfather in 1940.
It’s always been used in summer and winter by my family, with lots of friends.
In 2020-2021 it was completely renovated, with every comfort, ecological windows, total renovation of bathrooms, kitchen, and rooms.
It has nevertheless preserved the warmth of a real mountain house with a long history!
