About this property

Kew Gardens House | Thames, Richmond Park, Private Garden & Free Parking

Rated highly for cleanliness, check-in, and communication. The most reviewed property in our portfolio — and the one that guests return to specifically for the combination of complete privacy, village character, and extraordinary green space that is genuinely difficult to find anywhere else in London.

THE HOUSE
An entire detached house in Kew TW9 — behind private gates, with a private garden, free parking on the drive, and a front door that belongs entirely to you. No shared lobbies, no building corridors, no neighbours above or below. Just a complete house in one of London`s most charming villages, with the Thames a short walk in one direction and Richmond Park accessible in the other.

The king master bedroom has bespoke fitted wardrobes, an electronic safe, and high-quality linen. The master ensuite has a shower and basin — private to the master bedroom. The double second bedroom has twin wardrobes and high-quality linen. The family bathroom has both a bath and shower, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, and shaver charging point.

The open-plan living and kitchen area has a Smart TV and a double sofa bed always made up and ready — extra pillows and blankets provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Workspace and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Window AC units and fans during the warmer months.

The private front garden has outdoor seating with table and chairs— a genuinely rare feature for any London rental property, and one that guests across every season consistently mention in their reviews. One free private parking space on the gated drive is included at no additional charge.

A noise decibel monitor is installed — sound levels only, no audio or video. Quiet hours: 21:00–09:00, including in the garden.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Kew is the kind of London neighbourhood that changes how people think about the city. It has a genuine village character — independent cafés, Michelin-starred restaurants, a famous street market, excellent pubs — and it sits at the confluence of three of London`s greatest green assets: the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Thames riverside path, and Richmond Park.

The Thames riverside walk from Kew is one of London`s most beautiful — heading west towards Richmond and Twickenham along a stretch of river lined with ancient trees and riverside pubs. Richmond Park — 2,500 acres of ancient royal parkland, home to red and fallow deer herds — is easily accessible and one of the finest places to walk, run, or cycle in Greater London.

Kew Gardens tube (District line) is approximately 5 minutes on foot — direct to Victoria, Sloane Square, and the West End. Heathrow is 20–25 minutes by car via the M4.
