We really enjoyed our time here, the location was great. Lots of restaurants and shops along the avenue. Beach was also great, beautiful sun and sand. Very easy access. We did not use parking garage, but we were able to find parking on the street.

Had a lovely time here property is very central for all amenities with supermarket next door bar really close bank just down the road and beach literally a stones throw away perfect spot everything we needed and a great price the view is beautiful and hopefully will be back later in the year.

Castrastrophique,pas sérieux , inacceptable

J ai payé le solde de la location le 27juillet j ai échangé avec le propriétaire 15jours avant et arrivé le jour j pas d appartement, il était loué à quelqu'un d autre il m'a trouvé 2 solutions absolument pas acceptable l une était une chambre d hôtel sans stationnement et l autre à 30km de armacao de pera. Franchement aucun sérieux c est inacceptable de faire ça! J ai reçu mon remboursement sans aucun dédommagement mes vacances ont été gâché .

Muito bom, ideal para fazer praia sem o carro

Foi uma estadia excelente, a casa tem um localização privilegiada, de facto condizendo com a descrição. O facto de ter lugar de parqueamento naquele local é muito bom pois seria difícil arranjar estacionamento caso não tivesse. A casa está equipada suficiente para 2 pessoas, não tendo dado pela falta de nada necessário. Tanto a pessoa que deu a chave como o proprietário foram simpáticos e disponíveis. Estava tudo bastante limpo e bem arrumado. O único senão que posso apontar é não haver comando do leitor de DVD, o que é algo muito pequeno a apontar: e demonstra que tudo o resto foi bastante bom. Recomendo claramente a quem queira passar umas férias com a praia e o mar sob a janela.

Super Urlaub

Wir sind als Paar, das erste mal in Portugal und gewesen und sehr begeistert über das was wir erlebt haben. Die Angaben im Online -Inserat stimmen 100%, für uns traumhaft. Innen, war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt und alles was wir gebraucht haben, war da. Nicht zuletzt, die Gastfreundschaft und die Hilfsbereitschaft war für uns eine super Überraschung. Top Urlaub !!!

Es war unsere erste Erfahrung mit Portugal, Algarve und die Einheimischen. Ich war mit meine Frau für 10 Tage da und das sind unsere Erfahrungen: -Lage und Ausstattung von der Wohnung stimmen 100%.Die wunderbare Aussichten, Morgens und Abends mit Wasser, Sonne und sehr freundliche Einheimischen, einfach super. -Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, also es war alles was wir gebraucht haben, dabei. -Nicht zuletzt, möchten wir uns bei unser Vermieter, herzlich für alles bedanken. -Danke Pedro/ Danke Mario. -Neben die wunderbare Strände findet mann sehr viele Bars und Restaurants für alle. -Wassersport für jeden Geschmack und die Welt für die kleine Kinder sind auch dabei. Also wir werden wieder kommen und natürlich unseren Freunde und Bekanten weiterempfehlen.

Estúdio magnífico para férias na praia a dois

Excelente em todos os aspectos: localização, comodidade, acessibilidade e mesmo à beira mar com uma vista magnífica. Podemos fazer as nossas próprias refeições com todas as condições como se estivesse em casa e com supermercados mesmo ao lado. Tudo limpo e a funcionar bem. Obrigada pela simpatia, foi tudo perfeito!

vacances géniales

Location parfaitement fidèle à l'annonce. Studio idéalement placé, propre et bien agencé. Avoir la machine à laver le linge sur place, le linge de maison fourni et changé chaque fin de semaine et en plus une femme de ménage chaque fin de semaine également, c'est top et super agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le parking, ce qui permet de passer des vacances sans voiture. Tous les commerces sont dans la rue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mario. Merci à lui. Ps: j'ai juste une petite suggestion à faire au propriétaire, pou améliorer "ce petit paradis " . Il faudrait y ajouter un titre bouchon. (les français aiment le vin, dans le studio il y avait des beaux verres mais pas de tire bouchon. Je conseille cette location +++++

O local ideal para umas férias em frente à praia!!!

Em primeiro lugar, agradeço a possibilidade de ter passado umas magníficas férias no vosso estúdio. Em termos de limpeza, posso dizer que estava tudo impecavelmente limpo, o que causou logo uma excelente impressão. Em relação ao estúdio, o que dizer?! MARAVILHOSO para umas férias a 2. Tudo o que necessitávamos tinhamos, a vista era de hotel de 5*****, com o mar a 15 metros da janela e da varanda (onde tomámos o nosso pequeno almoço todos os dias e onde nos sentávamos a contemplar o mar à noite, para quê TV quando temos aquela paisagem), WiFi grátis e com boa cobertura, cozinha equipada o suficiente para 2 pessoas, água sempre à temperatura ideal graças ao termoacumulador..... Resumindo, foi tudo melhor do que o imaginado. Só como sugestão, penso que um ferro de engomar básico seria útil, visto que as roupas durante a viagem acabam por ficar enrugadas dentro das malas. Já referi que a praia, supermercado e cafézinho delicioso estão literalmente à porta do prédio? Pois é isso mesmo que encontrarão se alugarem este estúdio.

Lovely stay with beautiful, impressiv sew viewing

Dear all, We have had a wonderful time in this Apartment. It´s a perfect abode for a couple. Everything you need existing. The equipment of the kitchen is a bit scarce, but enough for preparing simple meals. It was very beneficial that there is a parking place. We felt very comfortable because everything was clean and because of the nice looking and elegant interior furnishing. It would be nice if owner provides some DVD´s, because there is a DCD-player, but no DVD´s. It´s not a must have, but only a suggestion.  This apartment is really recommendable for a couple. Sudio sale, tapis taché.... très peu équipé (balai?, seau,, vaisselle "minimale") Vu la température un ventilateur (non fourni) est indispensable. Balcon :1M x 0,9 M ... Garage en sous-sol apprécié

Bonjour, Merci por votre commentaire. Pardon pour le tapis. Ça était une faute de note équipe de néttoyage. Je serais plus près de cette situation. Le seau et ballai sont disponibles dans l'armoire du balcon, je ne comprends pas votre question. Le studio c'est equipé avec vaisselle pour 2 personnes (chaque pièce multiplié par 4 au moins). Merci pour l suggéstion du ventilateur, il sera disponible dès que possible.

Apartamento em Armação de Pêra

A descrição do anúncio foi rigorosa. Um apartamento com excelente localização e lugar de estacionamento o que permitiu só pegar no carro no regresso. Uma vez que pretendíamos tomar as refeições em casa, o equipamento da cozinha em termos de utensílios era pobre (ex: varinha mágica, talheres). As toalhas eram poucas e não houve limpeza durante a estadia.

Muito obrigada pelo seu comentário. Em relação à limpeza, está acordada uma limpeza semanal. A sugestão de ter uma varinha mágica é bem vinda. Providenciaremos uma assim que possível. Quanto ao número de talheres, o estúdio está equipado para 2 pessoas, com 4x cada tipo de talher.

The flat is simple but clean, fully equipped and in front of seaside. There's a mini terrace to get break-fast in fornt of sea. It's a little noisy at dinner time because of pedestrian area downstairs, but it's lovely with sea view and fresh breeze. Pedro is gentle and even if he doesn't speak English, his Spanish-Portughese is easy to understand.

Excelente localização com uma óptima vista!!

Óptima localização. Boas áreas, com decoração simples e moderna. Tudo bastante limpo , e total disponibilidade e simpatia no momento da chegada. Contudo, a máquina de lavar roupa não estava a funcionar, escassez de componentes de cozinha como panelas e frigideiras e também bem como ingredientes básicos como sal e azeite, tendo em conta a renda semanal da casa.

No entanto, não será possível deixar alimentos à disposição dos hóspedes por questões de segurança alimentar. Em relação à máquina de lavar, imediatamente depois de nos ter informado aquando do check out, fomos verificar e esta funcionou normalmente. De uma próxima vez, contacte-nos assim que tiver uma dificuldade que prontamente será resolvida.
