I am a French national, living in the UK since 1995.

Le Bourg has been in my family since 1615. It is in the heart of the town of Bourg St. Andeol. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and a secluded garden with a private swimming pool and patio/diner. All rooms are light and airy, withs views either of the ancient church or the secluded courtyard garden.

The property is in the centre of the town, near local cafes, bars and restaurants. There is plentiful on and off street free parking nearby. Bourg St. Andeol is at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Drôme, Gard and Vaucluse. The Gorges de l’Ardèche, with freshwater swimming and canoeing are a 15 minute drive away and the ancient castle town of Grignan is 30 minutes away. There are many local vineyards, our favourite is Chateau Rochecolombe, with their award winning Cotes du Rhone!
