This single-storey lodge has three bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite basin and WC and two 2’6” twins, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and wrap-around decking with a picnic bench and a barbecue slab for disposable barbecues. WiFi subject to fair usage. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Shop, pub and further facilities on-site (passes to be purchased at reception). Note: Electric car charging is not permitted. Note: There are steps up to the lodge. Lake Windermere offers boat trips, including the lakeside ferry to the Lakeside Aquarium and Grizedale Forest Park. The ‘Windermere Steamboat Museum’ displays a fascinating collection of boats whilst children will enjoy the ‘World of Beatrix Potter’ in Bowness, where technology brings her characters to life. Within easy reach of destinations such as Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains, Troutbeck is ideally situated for exploring all that the region has to offer.
