Loved the location next to the Whiskey Point Brewing Company and McDonough's Market. The home was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The host got back to us very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would book this place again.

Our experience at PBR was outstanding! The location is incredible and the space is perfect to relax, gather with friends and enjoy the outstanding views! We highly recommend this location! The host is amazing - very helpful and supportive! PBR is the best location for families, young adults - really anyone!! Several locations - including shops, grocery store, deli, brewery, etc - are within walking distance! If you are a first time visitor to Beaver Island or have been there many times, PBR is the best choice for a place to stay!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This is lovely home - cozy, clean, spacious, great natural light and very well-supplied kitchen equipment - both for general cooking as well as baking. The location is ideal for walking to any business, shop or restaurant in town, Loved it!

Awesome escape to Beaver Island!

We loved our trip to Beaver Island! It was our first time to the island. We loved how quiet and calm it was even during peak summer! The location of the house was great- easy to ride bikes to most places with small kids. Tip: if you are visiting for the first time and want your vehicle on the island- make sure to book your vehicle ferry ticket SUPER EARLY! we were late in booking and had to send our car back early which was tricky for packing and traveling around on those days.

Wonderful and very relaxing!

Very comfortable. Wonderful being so close to the grocery store. Nice view of the Bay when cars not parked across the street. Walking distance to the beach and everything else. In the house we think it would have been very helpful to have a high chair for small children. Host was very helpful and attentive, which we also appreciated. Thank you! Hope to come back!

Very comfortable!

We loved our stay. The home, sofas and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and we loved the round table for eating and playing games. We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee. In the late afternoon we used the front lawn and picnic table to watch the harbor and have a drink. The location was great, next door to grocery store and brewery. You don’t need a car. We brought our e-bikes which were handy for getting to the new pickleball courts. Took yoga at the Community Center, visited the history museum and the beach at Donnegall Bay. We would rent again.

Host was really awesome and easy to connect with. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the wild strawberry Café and the local supermarket (not to mention the brewery). Marina across the street and a short 1/2 mile walk to other local spots including amazing ice cream at Daddy Frank’s and Pizza at Beachcomber (prosciutto hot honey is a winner!)House would have easily accommodated our family of 5 in just one of the 3 rooms - so we had plenty of room to spread out. All the essentials you’d want - coffee maker, two fridges, great microwave, stove and oven - even a charcoal grill outside and a crock pot if we’d wanted to go crazy. Plenty of linens and towels, blankets and pillows to go around. Two TVs, with a bunch of dvds (was great educating the kids on these). Hammock, picnic table and table/chairs on the deck also gave us great options for outside relaxation. Cell signal is good so could access streaming etc when the local internet couldn’t keep up. Host left a wealth of information about local businesses/ activities etc including extremely helpful and clear info on island trash removal services - important to know as it’s different from what most folks are used to. 20/10 - will definitely be back if we can get a reservation. Lots of memories made!
