Proprietà corrispondente alla descrizione

Appartamento posto al secondo piano di un piccolo condominio. Comoda la cabina armadio in camera e la presenza della lavanderia. PRO:!la posizione. Sebbene posto su una strada principale l'alloggio risulta abbastanza silenzioso. Comoda la vicinanze alla stazione dei treni che consente di raggiungere in fretta il centro di Roma. Spazi interni adeguati e comodità di avere stanze separate e dotate di porta, cosa che consente una certa privacy anche per chi deve dormire sul divano letto in cucina. Host disponibili, discreti ed educati. CONTRO: il cortile dal quale si accede è un po' disordinato e invaso dagli odori del locale posto a piano terra. La pulizia era accettabile ma non impeccabile. Il terrazzo esterno dell'alloggio risultava un po' abbandonato ma utilizzabile. Letti non molto comodi. Le foto corrispondono all'annuncio. L'alloggio meriterebbe alcuni lavoretti di ristrutturazione almeno nel bagno e la sostituzione dei materassi. Complessivamente comunque abbastanza comodo per soggiorni brevi.
