Casa Eden is indeed spacious, a modern style but could use some sound absorbing elements like decorations to make it more cosy and to supress the echo. Our compliments to the housekeeping team as the property was clean and offered us a welcoming package. We agree to disagree on the term ‘absolute privacy’, the building next to the property is three stories high and allows the habitants to have a clear view on the pool area.Before arrival we received a message that towels/linen would be exchanged for a fresh set after 5 days, but this never happened. Not an issue as we had plenty towels available, but at least the team gave us the heads-up warning, which is in contrast to the pool maintenance team, that came unannounced 3 times during our stay of 11 nights. We made use of the barbecue, but found it challenging to find the proper tools/manors to clean the tray, Wi-Fi was disappointing. It could be down for several hours a day and when available, the latency was too high or there was a variation in the available bandwidth. Not ideal for streaming services like YouTube or IPTV. The system, a Ubiquiti LiteBeam with two cheap TP-Link routers fails in an attempt to cover a Wi-Fi signal for the whole premises. Heated pool is not a basic service and for an additional fee it can be activated. Unfortunately, there is no indication on what to expect in terms of water temperatures. With the freely available natural resources we would have expect this to be included in the offer.
