General o.k. - but problems with hot water and heating

The last 300 m road to the house is very bumpy ( more like a 4 WD track)- on the last ramp to the house the bike trailer screached and was demanged. The temperatur in the house was 15°C and when we swichted on the heating the main rediator was leaking and couldn't be used anymore - either heating or hot water isworking - one night we didn't have hot water (alter all day biking) next evening we had 16°C inside and rain outside and the heating started only at 10 PM Unfortunaly the house keeper only speaks Italian and we could oly communicate via "Google translator" - looks like we are the fist guests this season and felt like the "guinea pigs" - hopefully all will be fixed until the next guests show up

The client has been good and had patiece for this situations. On the site is well described one of the two ways to arrive to the house, that is not the only one: “ Le macchine basse potrebbero avere delle difficoltà ad arrivare alla casa”. That means “The low cars could have same difficulties to arriva to the house” just for the few 50 meters. The heating was an optional and I did not ask money to give some hours in the evening and in the morning, One of the two heaters in the dining room was closed because problems, remaining clodsed no problems. Now is repaired. The clients had my phone number and could call me in Whattsapp no spending money because the internet works very well. The hot water never did problems before, is the first time. And happened only the first day. Unluky if the weather was so bad. During cold also now in this days. Very sorry that this client was not so well, Is the first time.

Séjour agréable mais le prix en pleine saison n’est pas justifié : - Contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce, seul un étage de la maison est loué, la maison n'est donc pas entière. le rez-des chaussée a été occupé pendant notre séjour.- Le mobilier et notamment la literie n'est pas de qualité (sommier qui grince, coin cuisine minuscule, problème de disjoncteur...)- L'accès est très difficile en voiture et le chemin piéton pour rejoindre Porto Azzurro n'est guère praticable.La vue est jolie et l'endroit est calme.

La casa è davvero bella, un pò scomoda da raggiungere attraverso la strada bianca, ma in compenso regala tanta pace lontano dal traffico estivo di porto azzurro. La veranda è impagabile, e, se il tempo è favorevole, l'interno casa non si usa nemmeno. La cucina è ben attrezzata (manca forse una pentola e una padella molto grandi per gruppi numerosi). Ma il top è la disponibilità della Sig.ra Carla (proprietaria) e l'assistenza del Sig.Giovanni (factotum). Davvero impeccabili. Lo consiglio. Marco

Unsere Ferien waren perfekt!

Ein tolles Haus mitten im Grünen und doch nahe am belebten Hafenstädtchen Porto Azzurro! Am Haus hat uns vor allem der grosszügige Aussenbereich mit Lounge und grossem Esstisch sehr gut gefallen. Das Wetter war gut und so konnten wir immer draussen essen. Positiv überrascht waren wir über den zusätzlichen grossen Kühlschrank und die Dolce Gusto-Kaffeemaschine. Die Kommunikation mit Carla war sehr gut. So war sie uns beim nicht ganz einfach zu verstehenden Recycling-System der Insel Elba sehr behilflich. Oder dann ging uns mal im Badezimmer ein Halogen-Lämpchen kaputt, im Nu war für Ersatz gesorgt. Die nicht asphaltierte Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas tricky. Wir hatten aber mit unserem Toyota Prius keine Probleme.

Perfekte Anlage für den Familienurlaub

Freistehendes Haus mit großzügiger Gartenanlage und Privatparkplatz sowie mit Aussengrill, der von uns mehrmals genutzt wurde. Ruhig gelegen, landschaftlich wunderschön und doch nur 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum in Porto Azzurro entfernt. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Insel sehr gut geeignet, wir haben nie wirklich länger als 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu unseren Zielen gebraucht (u.a. Cavo, Monte Capanne, Marciana Marina, Protoferraio etc.). Wir waren hochzufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen.

Ein modernes Haus am perfekten Ort. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und dennoch ist das quirlige und lebendige ( abends ) Porto Azzurro nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Carla war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell für Hilfe/Lösungen gesorgt ( früherer Check -in, Müllentsorgung, Stromausfall). Dankeschön! Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten. Ein kleiner Hinweis, die Straßen sind teilweise nicht asphaltiert und ein Auto mit ausreichender Bodenfreiheit ist empfehlenswert.

Es war eine wunderbare Zeit!

Das Haus ist wunderschön! Die Umgebung ist ansprechend! Porto Azzurro ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Carla war perfekt! Eine solche Hilfsbereitschaft ist nicht selbstverständlich! Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit, die wir auf Elba verbringen konnten!

Posto bellissimo per una vacanza tranquilla sull'isola d'Elba

Per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e comunque poter raggiungere in pochi minuti Porto Azzurro, un grazioso paese dell'Elba, Casa Nocciole è la casa perfetta. Purtroppo siamo stati ospiti solo per pochi giorni. Per la nostra prossima vacanza all'Elba, i bambini hanno già chiesto di prenotare nuovamente Casa Nocciole!
