We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage is a super cute cozy cottage in the cutest neighhood very convenient to many things. Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to work with and very responsive.
Perfect location close to Apple Orchard’s, downtown Hendersonville, and plenty of stores and restaurants. The house itself is adorable, clean and very cozy.
Beautiful cottage and beautiful surroundings! Wonderful place to relax and unwind. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a cottage near downtown. The bed (and pillows) were super comfortable and the cottage was spotless when we got there. Looking forward to booking another stay at this cottage sometime in the near future.
This is an older cottage with renovations. Very comfortable. Location is excellent for walking and biking. Easy distance to downtown and to biking trail. Beautiful neighborhood.
I enjoyed my stay immensely. My host was incredibly responsive when I ran into a slight issue. The neighborhood felt very safe and the house was clean and comfortable. I would stay again the next time I am in town.
We had a wonderful time visiting downtown Hendersonville, doing some shopping in Asheville and visiting the many wine tasting vineyards in Hendersonville, and don't forget beer tasting at Hause Heidelberg German Restaurant as well. Total relaxation at the end of the day.
I felt "safe" in this area of town and enjoyed watching the walkers and bicyclists going by on the sidewalk out front. The area had a well maintained feel/look about it. People obviously take pride in their homes/cottages.
Perfect home to explore downtown and all Hendersonville and surroundings
Wonderful, clean and well appointed home. We were central to all of our hiking and exploring and the house is in a cute neighborhood which is quiet and close to downtown. We could have walked but it was so easy to park downtown that we drove there.
Prompt and easy communications with the owner and directions were easy. We would definitely stay there again when we return.
Unique cottage getaway and so close to the quaint downtown. Enjoyed all our meals out locally. Friendly neighborhood. Bobby had all the amenities nicely stocked. No need to bring all the “extras” usually needed for a rental. Truly enjoyed our visit.
We went to Hendersonville to show our support to all the people that suffered through the hurricane Helene. It was a heart warming experience. Not only was the house just perfect…size, cleanliness, and location. People in this community and surrounding g areas are super nice. Cannot say enough and we loved this house. And the owner was very easy and a step ahead of us checking in and out. Thanks and hope to return
I did not want to leave. Such a great location, comfortable bed, well equipped, updated. Quiet neighborhood. When I bent down to take a photo at the local park, a car slowed to ask if I were OK. There are a lot of very nice people in Hendersonville. Thank you!

Adorable and Convenient Cottage
We had the best time in Hendersonville staying in this adorable and Convenient Cottage just a few blocks from Main Street -- we could walk to everything and with all the great restaurants, breweries, shopping etc that Main Street offers, that was a huge bonus. The home had absolutely everything we needed and was oh so comfortable. Staying in this home (rather than a hotel or a place farther out) made all the difference in our visit. Nancy, the manager, was super to deal with -- very accommodating and helpful with ideas of places to visit and eat. We will definitely be back!
This place has a really relaxed feel to it. It was comfortable and had everything you need. It has a laundry downstairs in the basement. It has a kitchen with all the appliances. It's really close to town. Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed.
This was my third stay in a quiet house in a great location. I found it relaxing, and the closeness to downtown restaurants meant no parking issues, although the kitchen is well suited to home meal preparation. Compared to increasingly expensive hotels, the value of staying here, which is like having your own house in Hendersonville, remains high.
The house was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Loved the rural location yet near Main Street. Bobby was very responsive to any questions or requests. Went to an amazing alpaca/llama farm nearby Ellaberry.
We were looking for a good place to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and this place is perfect! Great neighborhood and small, well kept house within walking distance of Hendersonville and short driving distance to multiple tourist places like Asheville, Maggie Valley and Cherokee. We’ve actually stayed here multiple times and always check the availability when looking for a place to stay.
