On the first floor of a villa located in an ideal position to reach the beach (50 m) and the lively historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia (900 m) with a quick walk, this brand new apartment in Tuscany equipped with all comforts is perfect for those who want to spend their holidays with all comfort, but without giving up the pleasure of staying in an elegant and well-kept environment. The bright environments and the carefully chosen furnishings make it a truly precious object!
Over a short staircase, you arrive on a small landing with the entrances of the two apartments (West and East).

The Apartment West lies on the right and as you enter you find a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa for watching television. A small corridor on the left leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and the beautiful bathroom with shower. A balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea …

The sea and its sandy beaches can be reached over a small private path (no roads to cross to go to the beach...) whose entrance is inside the courtyard of the property and only a few meters away.
The numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached with a pleasant walk in a few minutes.
