On the first floor of a villa located in an ideal position to reach the beaches and the sea (50 m) as well as the lively historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia (900 m) with a quick walk, this brand new apartment equipped with all comforts is perfect for those who want to spend their holidays with all comfort, but without giving up the pleasure of staying in an elegant and well-kept environment. The bright environments and the carefully chosen furnishings make it a truly precious object!
Over a short staircase, you arrive on a small landing with the entrances of the two apartments (West and East).

The Apartment East lies on the left and entering you find yourself a large living room with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable couch for watching television. A small corridor in front leads to the two bedrooms, both with a double bed, and the large bathroom with shower and two sinks. A balcony overlooking the sea will allow you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets…

The sea and its sandy beaches can be reached over a small private path (no roads to cross to go to the beach...) whose entrance is inside the courtyard of the property and only a few meters away.
The numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
