Lovely comfortable stay

What a beautiful place to stay. Exceptionally clean, fabulous views, very comfy bed, very relaxing. Looking at 5he sea every day does wonders for wellbeing and this place ticked all the boxes was sad to return home. Had an issue with shower which the team took on board immediately to look to resolve great comms and speedy response. Would definitely book with this compant

Glorious views from excellent property

Lovely flat with everything needed for a great break. Easy to walk into Brixham and cove was great for swimming. Very comfy beds and blackout blinds.

Beautiful tranquil setting, peaceful yet not too far from town

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week overlooking the cove. Great location and within walking distance of nearby amenities. Coastal path walks on your doorstep. Apartment was modern, spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Stunning views, exactly as shown on the website. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

Great stay

We got this apartment at a reasonable price, being off season. It's a 20 minutes walk from Brixham center, but the view is beautiful and the apartment is really nice. Free parking on site for one car. Great communication with our hosts.

A slice of heaven

Location & views amazing. If you are after a relaxing place with amazing views then this is the place for you. Right next to a small beach with a fab cafe. Great location for walking. Nice to have a pool. Apartment stylish and comfortable and has everything you need. We will be back.

Summer Holiday stay

The location and view are hard to beat but the property was disappointing. As per other reviews it needs some maintenance and repair work and it was really unclean. It’s basic, not luxury as billed and there was no hand soap, dishwasher tablets or hoover provided. It was unclear how to operate the wifi on arrival and no information at the property to welcome you. At over £300 per night I anticipated a more comfortable experience.

Property needs attention

On Arrival :- No trolley to help move items the considerable distance from car to accommodation. Borrowed a trolley from neighbours. Toilet tank broken - continually flushing, due to broken plunger. Replacement part was dropped off but was unable to fit it. Outside lights not working due to missing bulbs. Shutters in bedroom - some slats not fitted correctly and shutters off the rail at one end so can’t open or close properly. Bottom (4th) drawer front on chest of drawers in 2nd bedroom just pulls off so unable to use drawer. 3rd drawer on chest of drawers drops off it’s runners when opening. Kick board under dishwasher pulls out every time you open the dishwasher. Adjacent kick board partly missing. Wires hanging down from TV not connected to anything. None of the above apart from the missing bulbs was rectified during our stay despite being reported on arrival. Missing Items:- Bedside light on one side of bed in main bedroom (moved one from 2nd bedroom) No tea towels (supplied on 2nd week) No instructions on how to operate TV or connect to internet No literature on local amenities and places of interest No saucepans with lids - one milk pan and 2 stew pots - no normal saucepans No can opener No coasters No replacement bin-liners Furnishings nowhere near the same quality as compared to two years ago, when under previous owners.

Kleine aber sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick.

Es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlte Stauraum für unsere Sachen. Es war nur eine kleine Komode vorhanden.
