Accessed through a charming courtyard furnished with vintage objects and located near the shores of Lake Lugano, it offers an enchanting stay.Situated in a strategic location, it provides tranquility just a few steps from the lake while remaining well connected to Lugano and Varese (both about 30 minutes by car).This location is perfect for enjoying nature or exploring interesting places in the nearby Ticino region, with excellent opportunities for excursions around Lake Lugano.
Arrival and Check in Check in is conducted in person. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and shown the apartment. A valid ID is required for guest registration. Access to the Property After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, cars can be parked in free public parking areas about 2 minutes from the residence. Please be careful on the narrow streets of the historic center when accessing the property.
At our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for sorting waste for recycling. We are always available to assist you from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A concierge service (except during the night) is available via chat to answer any questions, from how appliances work to recommendations for the best local restaurants, must see sights, or nearby parking. Brusimpiano is located 5 minutes from Ponte Tresa, 30 minutes from Lugano, 30 minutes from Mendrisio, 30 minutes from Varese, and 50 minutes from Como.
We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please also sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in outdoor areas.
