Villa Caroline is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa recently built and decorated in a modern, minimalistic style. Set out over a double plot close to the beach of Son Bou, Villa Caroline offers space, comfort and sea views. The villa also benefits from air conditioning.

A spacious living area, decorated in muted neutral tones has a comfortable sofa, industrial wooden style coffee table, wicker and wood storage unit and large windows with access to a lovely terraced area with sea views.

The beautiful kitchen is spacious and decorated in neutral tones; lovely wood units with cream marble worktops. There is a small dining table and chairs for four, offering an indoor seating area to breakfast at. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and crockery needed for a self catering holiday; ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a large American style fridge-freezer. There is also a separate modern and functional laundry room.

There are 3 bedrooms: one with twin beds and a small study/desk area and three doubles. All the bedrooms are decorated in neutral tones and minimalist furniture, a small stool serving as a bedside table in some cases, light coloured floor tiles, light wooden wardrobes with internal hanging space and shelves. The two bathrooms are modern in design and in keeping with the modern hues the villa is decorated in.

Externally there is a large terrace with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and enjoying the magnificent sunsets and sea views. From the villa and down some stairs you will find the pool terrace. The pool has Roman step access and there is a large covered pergola to take cover from the midday heat on a sun lounger. There is also a BBQ area.

The villa is located a few meters from the main bars and restaurants of Son Bou, making it an ideal location in comfortable surroundings. There is off road parking too for one large or possibly two small cars. This modern, light and airy will prove a very popular choice, so early booking is encouraged.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.
