Großartiger Meerblick
Ein tolles Haus mit großartigem Meerblick, etwa 7 Autominuten vom Strand in Calheta (mit sehr guten Restaurants und großem Supermarkt) entfernt. Über steilen Fußweg wäre Strand in 20 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Vermieter Jorge ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, hat z.B. die defekte Spülmaschine kurzfristig repariert und ein Aufladekabel für den Laptop organisiert. Gute Ausstattung: toller Pool, Tisch mit Sesseln auf der überdachten Terrasse, großer Sonnenschirm und 5 Liegen, Klimaanlage, Stellplatz hinter verschließbarem Tor.
Man sieht im Garten in den Abendstunden Kakerlaken, deshalb ist es ratsam, Türen und Fenster ab der Dämmerung geschlossen zu halten.
