Stunning views, great location, very clean and nicely renovated,

Overall a fantastic place with stunning views over the ocean. The house was recently very nicely renovated (bathrooms and kitchen) and is nicely furnished. The road to the house is for the last couple of meters very steep and I would not recommend driving down to the parkspace behind the house. Also the currently ongoing construction on the other side of the road is causing noise, sometimes more sometimes less. Pictures of the house, views, rooms etc. are all very acurate and real.

Very nice villa on a great location

Views from the villa are awesome. Villa itself is very good. Bit outdated kitchen and bathroom. Pool is very nice. Unfortunately there are construction works going on next to the villa which are annoying.

Quiet, relaxed and pure

The place is really relaxing, the views are stunning. The ideal place to relax and discover Madeira. The nearby Mudas museum is great in its art and architecture. The construction works across the narrow steep street were not disturbing. Next time we visit Madeira we will book here again for sure.

Mooie ligging tussen de bananen plantages met adembenemend uitzicht. Huis was heel mooi en netjes. Tip top. Helaas wordt er momenteel in de hele buurt veel gebouwd en verbouwd.

Beautiful house. It will be renovated after this simmer even more

We had a wonderful stay. Nice house. The kitchen and bathrooms will be renovated after this year, so than it will be a stunning house. The outside is perfect. Nice view at the ocean. The pool is great, with a shower. The only thing we had, that they were building houses next to this accommodation. Work flow and notice from 8am until 10pm. They are building 4 houses so this whole simmer and maybe late into the year you have to deal with this. We went out every day for a hike. So if you want your rest this is not the right moment to book this house. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Schönes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage!

Wir kommen wieder! Das sagt eigentlich schon alles aus…gemütliches Haus (nicht modern, eher traditionell), gut ausgestattet, super Lage, schöner Pool…Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe, sogar Delfine sieht man mit etwas Glück vom Haus aus! Die Nachbarskatzen, die täglich bei uns waren, waren das Highlight für unsere Tochter…nach einer Woche werden die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt und der Pool wird auch immer wieder gereinigt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!

En plein cœur des bananes

Beau séjour dans cette charmante petite maison typique située en plein milieu des bananiers dans un environnement très exotique et dépaysant. On a vraiment aimé la situation et cette belle terrasse couverte pour passer de belles soirées en extérieur. Maison très agréable à vivre. Gentille attention à l arrivée avec le gâteau local et du vin madère. Bien située pour rayonner dans l île. Les points les plus loins de l île sont à 1h de route. Proche des levadas des 25 fontaines, do Alecrim etc. Nous avons reçu dés bananes à la personne qui vient nettoyer la piscine. Merci. La seule amélioration que je pourrai noter serait un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bain plus vieillottes que le reste mais fidèles aux photos (très propres mais les joints pourraient être refaits et une climatisation pourrait aussi être un plus. Bref, un séjour parfait! La rue n est pas un problème et le parking peut se faire dans la rue du dessus.

Ruhige Lage und sehr schöner Blick

Hier einige Schlaglichter unseres Urlaubs: - abenteuerliche Anfahrt (am Quinta Golfinho Apartments via Google-Maps ansteuern) - auf Katzenbesuche einstellen - die Länge der Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto nicht unterschätzen …ansonsten den Ausblick, die relative Ruhe (Straßen- und vielleicht auch mal ungewohnte Tiergeräusche bleiben nicht aus), den Pool und die fußläufige Nähe zu Calheta-Beach genießen

fantastic stay

The house is great, it has all you need. The biggest advantage if a fantastic view from the terrace. the communication with the owners/manager was very smooth. Walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants and to a sandy beach (15 min).

Gemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem war man zügig im Ort. Selbst zu Fuß konnte man innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten sein, nur der Aufstieg ist natürlich etwas anstrengender. Das Haus selbst hat einen fantastischen Blick auf Meer, Küste und Berge, was einem das Essen auf der großzügigen und überdachten Terrasse noch mehr genießen lässt. Der Koch- und Wohnbereich ist im gesamten Untergeschoss. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch alle anderen Möbel können nicht als modern bezeichnet werden, aber sie sind gepflegt und verleihen ein gemütliches Ambiente. Von den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss hat man auch wieder einen super Blick und man kann mit Wellenrauschen einschlafen und morgens mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aufstehen. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern und uns genutzt und ist ideal als Abkühlung nach langen Wanderungen. Dieser und auch das Haus wurden nach einer Woche gereinigt. Super Service. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ein Manko war jedoch die Qualität des Poolwassers. Als wir angekommen sind, war der PH-Wert sehr sauer. Wir haben dann selber mit Ph-Poolchemikalien, welche vor Ort waren, nachjustiert und danach war alles perfekt. Das Haus war besser als erwartet und der Ausblick sowie Lage wundervoll.

Beautiful house, spectacular views

The house is really lovely, comfortable with everything you need. We stayed a week and cooked some nights and ate out others. We parked at the top of the road, could have driven to the house but might have worn out the clutch- it's quite steep! Plenty of privacy and pool lovely even on sunny February days. Would definitely recommend. Communication with owner was also really good.

Wunderschöne Location

Das Häuschen liegt fantastisch zwischen Bananenplantagen, mit Blick aufs Meer. Dass man zu Fuß zum Einkaufen oder sogar an den Strand gehen kann, ist sonst auf der Insel eine echte Seltenheit! Wirklich schön!

Super klasse Urlaub

Das Haus ist super, die Aussicht ein Traum. Alles da, was man braucht. Alles sauber, nur sehr hellhörig. Die Betten sind recht kurz (1.90), aber die Matratzen sehr bequem. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schwindelerregend, aber man parkt einfach oben auf der Strasse. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gewartet und wir bekamen hauseigene Bananen. Insgesamt eine der schönsten Urlaube, aufgrund dieser Location. Danke

Ein perfektes Haus und Ambiente

Es war wunderbar in Madeira, das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage und einen tollen Pool, er wird regelmäßig gereinigt, eine herrliche Aussicht aus allen Fenstern. Küche ist tiptop eingerichtet. Wir waren hochzufrieden, begeistert!

Jederzeit wieder!!

Das wunderschöne Haus liegt perfekt zwischen Bananenplantagen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist großartig. Ja, die Zufahrt ist unfassbar steil und ja, die Poolpumpe ist, wenn sie an ist, zu hören und vielleicht könnte such etwas besser geputzt sein. Das ist aber alles unwichtig. Es bleibt, dass man jeden Tag mit dem super Ausblick starten kann, es ruhig ist und wirklich sehr erholsam. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!!

Prima vakantiewoning

Alles wat je van een vakantiewoning verwacht, is aanwezig. Een zwembad, een terras, een ruime woonruimte. De auto parkeren naast de woning vraagt wel een ervaren chauffeur. Een steile toegangsweg en enig niveauverschil met de parkeerplaats vereist de volle concentratie van de chauffeur.
