Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax in while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by.

***This property genuinely feels like home and is not overbooked. To comply with HOA rules, we limit our guests to one guest per thirty-day period. Bookings for over 30 days are also allowed!

***We also have other shorter-term rentals available outside of Castle Rock. Feel free to inquire about those as well.

This two-story condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything needed to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning. Bathrooms have towels for your use and lush pillow top mattresses for a peaceful night sleep.

Guest access:
Condo includes a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 upstairs bedrooms. There is also a community pool, hot tub and work out center available for your pleasure. Everything you need includes bedding, towels, cookware, coffee maker, blender and dishes all right at your fingertips, Wireless High-Speed Internet, as well as parking for two vehicles are included. Ample storage is available on the outside deck as well as 4 closets/wardrobes inside. There is one desk/workspace.

Located just 5 minutes from the I-25. Close proximity to parks, trails and more. Centrally located between Denver and Colorado Springs. You are in walking distance of a park and trails and more. Local Philip S. Miller Park hosts summer concerts, zip lines and is the location of a 200 step challenge hill. On the weekend enjoy a get-a-way to wonderful Colorado Springs, Denver and Boulder attractions. Host is available at all times to assist with your questions regarding distance, travel, tips, etc. and you are encouraged to call for suggestions and information. You are just approx. 7 minutes from the high end outlet mall along with all your shopping desires. Enjoy Historic Downtown Castle Rock within minutes drive and include 2 coffee shops, wonderful stores, fine dining, European bakery, library, swimming pool and tennis courts. Challenge yourself to hike historic Castle Rock. Keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze. Also in town are the Rocky Mountain Fertility Clinic, choice of grocers, Movie Theater, and the brand new Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. A little town with a lot of amenities.

The property is very safe with security cameras located in the common areas and parking lots. Garages are available for an additional $10.00 per night upon request.

Great location for us. Had a few kinks, but got worked out with the property owner. Be prepared for lots of stairs as there is no bathroom on the first floor, just as they said. Bring your own stuff as starter stuff such as coffee and laundry detergent is not supplied. And buy a bag of ice if you think you will want it.

Krsti is a fantastic host and the properties are always well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We love spending time watching the little league games and the sunsets over the front range from the balcony of this unit. Totally recommend!

Being in town for business for 21 days, i really enjoyed staying in a town home rather than a hotel for the same cost. The unit was clean and we didnt have any issues that the owners couldnt fix. I did have some issues with the altitude which made my stay a little hard. Please note it is a 2 story but its 2nd & 3rd floor. No bathroom on main floor all on the 3rd floor. Not an issue just hars when your having trouble breathing. Views of the sunseting over the mountains could be seen from the living room area or the balcony. When i was there the mosquitoes were biting so i stayed inside. The photo does show a gas grill which was not on site. I used both Walmart Delivery and Door Dash and had no delivery isses finding the location. Overall pleased and already discussing renting another unit from the owners. First floor this time since i am from the east coast and like oxygen. My only suggestions would be an air fryer in the kitchen, and room darkening blinds in the bed rooms. I could watch the red light all night and was up super early.

Last minute change by owner caused my car to be keyed twice !

Two weeks before my arrival, the unit pictured was not available. Kristi called me to say the people that rented this property would not leave on time ? She gave me a choice of splitting my stay between two properties or stay in a unit in Parker which was really Aurora. We chose the Parker-Aurora unit. She said parking was open and there where no assigned spaces. TELL THAT TO THE CURRENT OWNERS OR MOSTLY RENTERS ! We parked near our rental and my car was keyed twice in 3 days for taking some ones, NOT ASSIGNED , parking space. I was told by several people living in this complex that parking has always created problems.I called the police and was told unless I saw the person doing the damage there was nothing they could do. I called Kristi and sent her a copy of the police report, which I had to fill out online and she said she would see if the VRBO insurance which I paid for would cover any of my damage. She never called me back ! All said the unit had a few minor complaints but was very clean and well maintained. The minor problems where dealt with quickly.

Beautiful Townhouse

Unlike most accommodations one finds on the internet, this condo is more beautiful than the pictures. It is obvious that Kristi takes great pride in making the unit feel like home. The first thing we did when we got back home was order a set of sheets from the company that makes the ones that were on the very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. The location was perfect for our visit with family, with everything within 10 minutes of our home base. Finally, all of our neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Thanks to Kristi and Mick for making our stay so pleasant.

Perfect location to all Colorado has to offer.

The condo was very clean and well organized and stocked with everything we needed. There was even fresh milk, fruit, coffee and cereal for us the next morning!! Feels Like Home

This cozy condo in Castle Rock was a great place to stay between Denver and Colorado Springs. Its central location allowed us to visit places near Denver and spend time visiting our grandson at the AF Academy as well as Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the cliff dwellings and Manitou Springs. The rental included things we didn't expect like fresh fruit and breakfast makings along with great coffee. It is located close to several shopping areas where we could pick up necessary supplies. The owner responded quickly to questions and needs. We loved our time there and will be back! Thanks so much for making this available.
