Welcome to my small studio located only a short walk from the prestigious Champs-ĂlysĂ©es. Enjoy a peaceful and cozy stay in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. A stone's throw to the subway station Franklin D. Roosevelt, discover all the attractions of Paris with ease. The accommodation is south-facing on an inner courtyard for a quiet and peaceful stay. The space
My studio includes a cocooning living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate a child, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, washer-dryer and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You will also have a small bathroom with shower and a private bathroom. The "queen size" bed is on a mezzanine reached by stairs, but be careful of the ceiling height which is low.
The accommodation is south-facing and located on an inner courtyard for a peaceful, quiet, quiet stay. For hot days, we also have mobile air conditioning at your disposal.
