During my stay, the water supply kept stopping suddenly and when we called customer service they kept saying they couldnt find our booking, they never called back when they promised to. More importantly, there were no containers which could be used to store water given to us. They did not inform us beforehand that the remote control for the carpark gate was not in order so every time we enter the car park we always needed someone to go to the building first and go down to basement manually press the button to lift the gate.

This is the only booking on our trip that demanded photos of our ID.It is the only booking on this trip that we had to pick up our fob and keys from a very little convenience shop with no safe parking. It took us an hour, and 3 telephone conversations to figure out how to get to the location parking.(The lady at the end of the phone was lovely). It was not as simple as the texted instructions made out. Perhaps instructions could be bullet pointed for ease of reading. The space/flat was cleanish...but...the flat has obviously had a tough life. Some dust bunnies and broken bits under the beds. Tables and cabinets all had scratches and damage. Everything worked....but...it does need some repairs in places - which I have informed the hosts of all.of them.We needed to use the sofa bed for our family trip...which was not as easy as we thought and the bedding was old and dirty.(they did replace the next day). The second bedroom bed had ill fitting and broken slats. But linen was clean. However, as a base to explore Manchester by foot and feel the vibe of the city...great location. Price was the cheapest we could find.Kitchen was clean. Security of venue is good.Communication between hosts and us has been ok to good. What annoyed me was the you can arrive early for and you can leave late for . You have to take your rubbish to the basement level for them. Plus we have to return keys and fob to dodgy convenience shop...and prove it otherwise you are fined .
