The apartment is located in Cortona, in the historic center, about 50 meters from the central Piazza Garibaldi and the main street called 'Rugapiana'.
Located on the first floor of a historic building recently renovated in the typical Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors.
Upon entering the house you are greeted by a bright living room, where you can watch TV or relax in the comfortable sofa, a complete Tuscan-style kitchen.
In addition there are 2 rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people and a full bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi and free parking in the immediate vicinity.

Everything was great. We were in Cortona for a wedding and the location was perfect - right in the centre of the town but with easy parking just a short walk away. Self check-in and check-out were easy and well explained. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more.

Tina’s House
Excellent location! Very easy access to town, shops and restaurants. Allows for you to return as desired through out the day. Tina was excellent to communicate with. Place was wonderful. Bed and linens comfy and robes were a great touch.
Just a reminder that there isn’t a direct view but being out and about during the day not sure you’d miss it.
Bathroom facilities were excellent but may be tight for larger individuals.
We would definitely book here again!!
