This is a great area as it is super quiet during the night time but it is still very close to the action of the city life. The area is also very safe and secure, with only 2 other people (including myself) living in the building. Also located next to a great internet cafe with quality food and drink on offer.

What makes this property unique

My property can stand out from the crowd due to the modern, sleek architecture and high end technology throughout the apartment. It is also in the perfect location and has door service food from the cafe close by.
