Casas Holiday - Playa la Mata Laredo

One-bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and large terrace. Fully furnished and equipped for up to 4 people. La Mata sandy beach is just 300 metres away. La Mata town centre is just 250 metres away. We allow pets, except cats and French Bulldogs. We offer transport to and from the airport for an additional fee:

For stays longer than 10 days, the arrangement will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of the Valencian Regional Government, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
