This property is a refurbished older house. It is a VRBO booked through Expedia. PROs: 1-walkable to the main tourist attractions Groceries, 2-restaurants and bars all around 2-Good communication with host. CONS: 1-lots of stairs, no elevator. Difficult with big bags or if you have mobility challenges. 2-extremely cold, heat could not be turned on based on city policy, according to host. 3-Amenities scant or very basic. No dish or paper towels to dry dishes, no dish rack, had to is my face towel, 4- no basic condiments, coffee or tea, or salt for cooking 5-pillows had no form for head, the cheap foam stuffing 6-only one body towel and face towel provided. 7-shower leaks during use 8-clothes closet you have to share three the mop and broom. This apt. Could do with upgrade in furniture, it is furnished like a college dorm. the bed tables are foam rolling stools. Only one siting stop and don’t expect a TV or anything. I stayed 5 days I would recommend a 1-2 days only.

Great location, value and communication!

This property was ideally located for my trip. Super easy to walk anywhere in Florence and located very near a great daily market and some fabulous restaurants. The communication before, during and after the stay was great. Incredibly quick and helpful! Would stay again and highly recommend!
