Holidays in Funchal - Alegria Flat II

With a simple and contemporary decoration designed for the comfort and well-being of guests, this apartment gathers all the facilities to enjoy a beautiful holiday in Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure.

The apartment features a balcony, a living area, a TV with cable channels, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. The property accommodates two adults and one child (maximum), with a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The balcony is accessed through the living area, perfect for enjoying a meal al fresco. The building has a common entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, near the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Please note, the building has stairs and no private parking.

AREA
Located in Funchal city center, the building offers easy access to downtown and main points of interest, including restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina, and the Municipal Theatre. The city center provides plenty of information about cultural, adventure, and nature-related activities for your stay.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
