The Ocean Club has a magnificent multi layered resort style pool, along with a small restaurant and fitness area.

Hali'i Kai 12B is nothing short of spectacular. It has a stunning ocean view across the signature hole of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. During the winter you can enjoy amazing surf as well as whale sightings. The lanai is the perfect place to watch the sunset after a full day of activities and features a stainless steel grill. It is a very short walk to the Hali'i Kai Ocean Club. This ground floor villa offers easy access with no stairs to climb and you can walk off your lanai to a beautiful lawn area to enjoy playing catch or just to relax in the sun.

This luxuriously furnished Hali'i Kai villa was professionally decorated. The living area has a couch with two side chairs. It features a wall mounted LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. Enjoy wireless internet access throughout the villa. The dining area for four is just off of the living area. The villa has a fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware.
The master bedroom, with beautiful decor, has a king size bed. There is a wall mounted LCD television. This room also has an ocean view. The master bath has dual vanities and a very large walk in shower. Enjoy luxurious Kohala Spa bath products.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds plus a television. You can have the guest bedroom converted to a king size bed upon request. Just off of the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, Will definitely return

Beautiful property and location. Unit has premium furnishings, appliances etc. New or near- new cookware, dishes. We have been visiting Big Island since the 1980's, and have just found "our Happy Place" What really distinguishes this rental experience apart from all the rest was Jessica from the Waikoloa Vacation Rental Management. She is very hands on, superbly proactive in handling a couple minor issues. Simply the best communication and helpfulness that we have experienced in Hawaii. We see no reason to use any other rental management company in the future, and we will rent a 3BR unit from them when we bring another couple. Otherwise, VERY happy with this 12B 2 BR unit

There isn't a better place to stay

First - location, location, location. A great location for day trips or just hanging out. There are restaurants and shops close by. All your needs are covered. The patio has a great ocean view. Fabulous place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. The place is immaculate. The kitchen is incredible. All new wolf appliances. Fully stocked. They also have a number of items for your use for the beach. Great communication. Hard to leave this place. If you are coming to the Big Island, I can't think of a better place to stay.

Great Stay

Amazing view, great location. This unit is super close to the pool/restaurant area which is very convenient. Condo had everything you needed as far as appliances and utensils. Overall great stay!

Our perfect family vaca

Condo was well stocked with everything you would need from snorkeling gear to laundry detergent! The location was perfect as listed a couple feet from the pool/bar area! If we come back to the Big Island, we will pick this place again!!
