This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, Spectrum TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.

IN 2026 I WILL BE OFFERING WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RESERVATION DISCOUNTS.

In a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Charlevoix, though we chose to drive, plenty of parking downtown. Apartment is well appointed, clean with a very comfortable bed. There was nothing we were lacking. Check- in seamless, good communication with owner. First time using VRBO instead of a hotel, would do it again. Perfect for two seniors attending a wedding.
