The condominium association is currently planning a community improvement project expected to begin on or around August 17, 2026, with an anticipated duration of approximately 14 months.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Guests may experience intermittent construction activity and associated noise during their stay. The planned improvements include:
Repairing and coating the breezeways, the balconies & the building along with replacing the breezeway and balcony railings.

What You Can Expect:
While both pools, beach access and other property amenities will be open as usual during the project, guests should expect construction activity, including construction-related noise. The construction schedule is developed and managed by the condominium association in coordination with its contractor.
Based on the current plan:
Work is generally expected to occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Work may occasionally occur outside of those hours if necessary to maintain the project schedule. Construction is expected to progress through the community in phases. First the B Building, then the A Building and finally the C Building. We are in the C Building which is planned to have the balcony and breezeways under renovation from mid-May 2027 through September 2027.
