About this property

6 person villa with own pool in Languedoc France

Villa Mimosa has a built in bbq in a large garden, private pool (May- Sept) and main terrace with a large dining table facing a breathtaking view. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6. A twin ground floor master en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. In the communal areas, you will find a comfortable lounge with open fire, & TV. Wifi is also available. The large kitchen/diner is extensively equipped and furnished with a log burner. The utility room has a washing machine and drying area.
The space
The floors are tiled and there are steps and different levels. Not suitable for wheelchair users or those with great mobility issues. There is a private driveway but we don’t allow motor homes or additional guests to join your group.
Guest access
There is access to the whole villa except our private areas -these are fully marked as private - you will have sole use of the villa during your stay
Other things to note
Bed linen and indoor towels are provided. If you wish for pool towels these can be provided at an additional cost of €10 per towel payable locally.
