Pretty 1 bed apartment next to the beach
Lovely pretty 1 bedroom apartment situated in the sort after development of Las Góndolas in Almuñecar, literally a short walk from the beach.The apartment has a good size living room leading out on to a sunny balcony with view of the palm trees and the sea. Ideal for sipping a morning coffee!The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, dining table and chairs and television.The bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe and there is a nice bathroom with bath and over shower.The kitchen has everything you need with hob, oven, microwave and a washing machine in the utility room.The apartment has wifi, air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. The owners have supplied beach chairs for the guests to use.Las Góndolas is a fantastic urbanisation with tennis courts, Padel court, large communal swimming pool with children’s area and it is literally just across the road from the beautiful beach of Almuñécar. Parking is subject to availability.There are an array of restaurants on your doorstep and a short walk will bring you in to the town and plenty of shops and bars.
