Greatly appointed holiday home offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy spanish sunshine at its best! On the main floor you have: bright living room, smart TV, AC unit and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with access to the back patio. There is also a small bedroom with ceiling fan (no AC unit), double bed (1.35x1.80cm) and a shower room.
Upstairs you have spacious master bedroom with high ceilings, king size bed (1.50x1.90cm), AC unit, mirrored wardrobes with safe, adjacent shower room and access to another sunny terrace with sun loungers and chairs to sunbathe all day long.
This holiday home located in the 4 star VIME Reserva de Marbella aparthotel and you have free access to all hotel’s facilities onsite, such as 2 wonderful outdoor pools surrounded by gardens with sun beds and Balinese beds (at extra fee), as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. Bar/restaurant on site offers delicious meals and great friendly service. There is also outdoor playground for the little ones.

Large supermarket that opens 7 days a week located just 2 minutes walk from the house. Within walking distance couple of restaurants, sports bar and a bus stop to take the bus to Marbella. Nearest beach and Cabopino port is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Lively town Elviria with plenty of restaurants and bars only 3 minutes drive. Marbella town centre - 10 minutes drive.
PLEASE NOTE:
The house situated at the bottom part of the complex close to the highway and you can hear the road noise. It takes few minutes walk to the main swimming pool area with all amenities.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Poolanlage hat unseren Kindern besonders gefallen. Die Wohnung ist genauso eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Also alles in allem eine tolle Woche. Lediglich die Lage ist nicht so super, man muss ein Auto haben und kann in der Gegend nicht besonders schön spazieren gehen.
