Situated right behind Hotel Martinez, you’ll be only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the famous Boulevard de la Croisette. Ideal for both tourists and delegates travelling for the Cannes film festival, MIPIM, LIONS, or other conference and holidays.
Paid parking available upon request.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. You’ll love the open space living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, three cozy bedrooms (including master with ensuite bathroom) and a balcony with partial sea view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissant.
Enjoy a safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access to popular sites. Your time in Cannes is sure to be a comfortable and unforgettable experience!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes

the apartment is very nice and clean. if you are coming from US you might get shocked at the beginning how small the elevators and rooms are, but this is Europe. the rooms are a bit too noisy and that is due to the motorcycles that pass the building 24/7 but overall, it is a great apartment with an excellent location.
