Prime location in heart of Cannes - 80 metres from Palais de Festivals

Fantastic location. Fully furnished and refurbished June 2019. This 3 bedroom apartment proposes a modern and elegant touch and is situated directly in the heart of Cannes on the famous Rue de Felix Faure.
Upon exiting the apartment you are situated immediately onto the pedestranised promenade in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by the many bars, restaurants and designer shops that Cannes has to offer.
The private beach past the Palais are a five-minute walk away and the public beaches past le Suquet are a leisurely seven-minute walk away. Available for short and long term stays.
The apartment offers easy access to the metro station with its links to Monaco and St Tropez if you fancy visiting these wonderful, popular locations in France.
We welcome visitors to our apartment for congress, long weekends or longer visits.
There is a wonderful, welcome atmosphere in Cannes and many things to do include wonderful, leisurely walks along the beach, many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as easy access to local bakeries, markets and supermarkets if you fancy something a little closer to home!

Very nice place everything works and super well taken care of. The hosts are very responsive to any email, questions and always available. The location is the best very close to the Palais and La Croisette.Many restaurants near by.Kitchen well equiped.I’d stayed there again in a second. Great Location and Super Quiet

I was so surprised at how quiet the unit was for being right in the middle of everything that Cannes has to offer. Beds were very comfortable and having three washrooms for a family of 5 was a treat. Great stay and didn’t want to leave Cannes.

Perfect location and very comfortable

One of the Best Stays in Cannes

Have stayed in several condos around Cannes over the last few years and this was one of the best. Super clean, spacious, and accessible. Françoise was one of the most accommodating hosts we've ever worked with - her responses were near immediate and always helpful! Amazing stay

This was an amazing apartment in the center of Cannes. The apartment was beautiful and the kids were so happy their rooms and how close it was to the beach. Francoise met us there and helped us with everything we needed.

Great location

This is our second time staying there. We love the central location. We love that it is super quiet and a very roomy apartment. We had some issues in the beginning but the manager took care of them right away. She is extremely attentive and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Wonderful visit

Excellent! Well placed, well kept

This owner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Attentive and helpful in recommending restaurants and other areas to visit. (The train station is just a short walk away and visiting places like Antibes and Monaco is very easy).The apartment itself was perfect for 6 people --roomy enough that you don't get under each others feet! Just a short walk to the beach and all that Cannes has to offer.

Highly recommend

The apartment was very comfortable and is in a perfect location on a walking street in the center of town. Francoise, the property manager was easy to work with and very accessible. The only downside were the pillows on the beds, which were like rocks, but I suggested to Francoise that she replace them and I'm sure she will as she wants everything to be perfect for their guests. You need look no further as this is a great apartment.

Great apartment in the heart of the city

For a large family of 7 people this apartment was perfect. As we are used to North American standards ( beds,etc) this place ticked all the boxes. Now we are fortunate to be blessed to have the needs and opportunity to stay in a number of 5 star hotels on this European vacation but in Cannes most hotel rooms are quite and very expensive thus we decided to book this apartment. Everything about this place met or exceed our expectations. Thank you Danny we will certainly recommend your place to all our friends

Honest description and great place. Central location, clean, everything works , and plenty of space. Especially appreciated the washer and dryer with two teenagers. Francois the property manager was nearby if needed. The perfect spot between the beach , train station for excursions, old town (most authentic/ well priced / family owned ) that were so memorable. Not one item needed improvement

Awesome apartment in Cannes

The apartment was spotless and well air conditioned when we arrived. Rob was waiting for us, and went through all instructions. All the rooms were set up the way we wanted as we got there, and all rooms have air conditioning (4 totals). The whole apartment is quite contemporary looking, and very, very clean. Our family of 5 loved it. The location cannot be any better; a very short walk to markets, restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Highly, highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely holiday apartment

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times, its perfect location near to everything in cannes makes it a perfectly easy and convienent holiday break! The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is practical and has everything you need whilst away on holiday, even a washing machine and dishwasher which we made is of! The wifi and television options were spot on for lazy mornings at the apartment. Location is amazing, directly opposite the port, the casino and local conscience shops, cafes and bakeries. Although it's right by everything, when your in the apartment looking out onto the courtyard you can't hear any of noise from the Main Street. Perfect lovely stay every time we come to cannes - would highly recommend!

Amazing

We arrived and was greeted at our taxi by the host contact and she helped us into the apartment and showed us around. She even came back a few mins later with some outlet adapters because ours were not the right ones. Our little girl wasn’t feeling well and she even offered to call in a doctor. The host Danny even checked in with us. We were here for the ILTM conference but it felt like we were here for leisure. We highly recommend this apartment due to its location and the personnel. Our onsite host met us the day of departure and helped us to the train station and carried two large suitcases for us, simply wonderful. She didn’t leave until we were on our train. We will be back year after year and this will be our first choice in Cannes!

Why they chose this property

I purchased it due to its location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes.
I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to go.

What makes this property unique

You really cannot get any closer to the festival from my apartment! 60-70 metres away. It is so central but is still located within an apartment building that is quiet!
The property is situated within easy access of some fantastic restaurants and shops and I loved the fact that everything was so easily accessible! The train station is literally a 5 minute walk away as is the beach. The pedestrianised Felix Faure makes this area the best in Cannes.
