About this property

Prime location in heart of Cannes - 80 metres from Palais de Festivals

Fantastic location. Fully furnished and refurbished June 2019. This 3 bedroom apartment proposes a modern and elegant touch and is situated directly in the heart of Cannes on the famous Rue de Felix Faure.
Upon exiting the apartment you are situated immediately onto the pedestranised promenade in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by the many bars, restaurants and designer shops that Cannes has to offer.
The private beach past the Palais are a five-minute walk away and the public beaches past le Suquet are a leisurely seven-minute walk away. Available for short and long term stays.
The apartment offers easy access to the metro station with its links to Monaco and St Tropez if you fancy visiting these wonderful, popular locations in France.
We welcome visitors to our apartment for congress, long weekends or longer visits.
There is a wonderful, welcome atmosphere in Cannes and many things to do include wonderful, leisurely walks along the beach, many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as easy access to local bakeries, markets and supermarkets if you fancy something a little closer to home!

Why they chose this property

I purchased it due to its location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes.
I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to go.

What makes this property unique

You really cannot get any closer to the festival from my apartment! 60-70 metres away. It is so central but is still located within an apartment building that is quiet!
The property is situated within easy access of some fantastic restaurants and shops and I loved the fact that everything was so easily accessible! The train station is literally a 5 minute walk away as is the beach. The pedestrianised Felix Faure makes this area the best in Cannes.
