Good location.

Good location. Parking was a bonus. Overall a good property. We’ve stayed in quite a few different properties which it would seem were looked after by the owners rather than a management company and you can tell……. It’s the little things that make the difference.

Lovely cottage enjoyed by all .

Lovely cottage enjoyed by all . Arrived late on Saturday and couldn’t get any hot water or heating was a cold night . Managed to work it out on Sunday but found it hit and miss and the shower on top floor poor pressure and a few stains on carpets up and down but other than that we enjoyed every minute we were there . Plenty of room for us and the dog . Just a shame it was cold and windy we couldn’t appreciate the outside . Would certainly stop there again and recommend to others .

Very convenient location and the off street parking is a big bonus.

Very convenient location and the off street parking is a big bonus. It was nice to be able to leave the car and walk into the town. Lovely to see the steam trains coming and going so close by. This is a comfortable house and plenty of nice towels supplied. Just right for five people downstairs but could feel a bit too small if more than that.The patio area had a lot of weeds and could do with a tidy, clearer instructions as to the dustbin collection would also be helpful as when we arrived the wheelie bin was already full and had maggots in it; there are two bins and we put both of them out at the front of the drive on the stated day but only one got emptied. Also had to spend quite a bit of time getting the tv to work when we arrived but managed to sort it out ourselves. We would recommend this property and location.
