An enchanting and tranquil getaway. The Hibiscus apartment is set amongst the mangroves and in front of the rainforest . It has wonderful views of the marina in Marigot bay. This Apartment was newly built in 2023 within an old stone house dating back to the 1950's. There is a shared pool with views over the bay. Sit on they terrace and watch the boats come and go while enjoying the sun and a rum.
The property is so unique that you access it by a little red taxi boat Tiger Lilly.

Lovely location for peace and quiet.

Booking through Vrbo and pre-arrival communication with the owner Vicky, were excellent. The location and property were both fun, beautiful and quirky, with its pool and gardens and beach access boardwalk, but perhaps a little more isolated than the description given.Accessing the property by ferry was fun but did prove limiting as the main bay ferry only operated from 9.00ish to 5.00ish and other ferry options were limited by availability and response.It would have been helpful to have more up to date visitor information available to make an enjoyable stay more user friendly and even better - local contact numbers have changed since the information was published. For self catering the need to know of local stores and opening times is invaluable.Overall we had a lovely short stay in Marigot bay that could have been even better for better information sharing.

We chose Marigot bay because it’s a unique space and it’s so quaint they way you have to get the little boat across the bay to the property. It’s called the most Bea bay in the Caribbean.

What makes this property unique

The reason why this property stands out is because it has its own dock with a little ferry boat to it and a board walk to the beach 2 mins away.
