Delightful apartment in the center of Rome just renovated - close to the subway
Welcome to our holiday home located in the heart of Rome! This spacious and bright home can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect for families, groups of friends or anyone who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.
Our new apartment has just been renovated and furnished, it is equipped with a double bedroom with private bathroom, two triple rooms with double bed + single sofa bed connected to a second bathroom, a living area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, a splendid terrace of 30sqm and a laundry area.
The apartment is equipped with free wi-fi connection, a workstation desk, TV and air conditioning in all rooms and the possibility of self check-in for arrival during the night hours.
We are just 4 minutes walk from the A metro stop, 10 minutes from Termini train station, 15 minutes walk and you will be in front of the Colosseum!
In addition, the area is full of restaurants, bars and shops, to make the most of the Roman atmosphere.
Do not hesitate to book your holiday at our home in Rome: we will be happy to welcome you and make you feel at home!
N. B. At check-in you will be required to pay the tourist tax for the municipality of Rome at the price of € 3.50 per day per person.

This condo was wonderful! I was worried about the location but it was very safe. We stayed away from the metro stops at night and just walked towards Santa Maria and always felt safe. It was a great location near the train station and walkable restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Delightful apartment
We could not be happier with our recent stay at this apartment. The location is conveniently located to all the major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out a breeze.
Matilda, our host was a pleasure to communicate with-very responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was newly renovated , which made it refreshing and inviting. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I recommend this property for anyone looking for a well located, thoughtfully equipped place to stay.
