Fully equipped and very clean. The back garden needs a bit of attention to make it more attractive and was disappointed there wasn’t an hot tub as advertised. Not a deal breaker for me as I was solo but could be for a couple if they were expecting one. Good location close to the beach. Everything was as expected.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Advertisement is misleading, there is no hot tub and we had differing messages concerning the games room. We were told the keys were in the key safe, we were unable to locate and were then told there was no games room. There is also no balcony. Had we known the above we would not have selected this property. Whilst mostly clean, rubbish was behind and down the side of cupboards in the bedrooms as well. The house itself is a nice house, but we felt completely mis-advertised.
