It is 5 minutes drive to Cambridge Business & Science parks , 5 minutes drive to Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, 5 minutes drive to Cambridge North station, 8 minutes drive to historical Cambridge city centre and its colleges and 10 minutes drive to Cambridge station.
Ideal for families & professionals, the house benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, garden and free parking.
Arranged on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom, 1 ensuite & 1 WC, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV & brand new furniture.
On the ground floor, there is WC, laundry room & a bedroom with single bed and a bedside table and a door opening into the back garden.
