I am Polish, I live in Calpe for about half a year, especially in winter. As you can see in the picture, I ride a bicycle. I work with a very good cleaning company. I take care of every little detail to make the guests feel 100% like on holiday :)

Why they chose this property

The Costa Blanca, is "European California", with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and beautiful mountains descending directly to the Mediterranean. Excellent climate, people, food and surroundings. I have been coming to Calpe for more than 10 years and have not yet managed to visit all the interesting places in the area.

What makes this property unique

The flat has been completely renovated at the beginning of 2023. The new sofa and the new bed are comfortable and of very good quality. Air conditioning in two rooms, replacement of the gas cooker with an electric one, new furniture on the terrace and new electrics :) The flat is in the best location in Calpe, close to the beach, restaurants, new and old town, train on wheels.
