The property was ideally situated in Moraira, the rooms were tastefully furnished and decorated. Good sized balcony and lovely views.

An excellent spacious apartment

Fantastic location, immaculately clean and well set out, lifts were easy and quick. A lovely place to spend a couple of weeks by the beach. The only small negative but easy to solve is to have at least one or two reasonably sharp knives, accommodation at this level at least deserves a couple of 10 euro disposable knives. We had to buy our own.

September 2024 stay

Everything you need in the apartment, fantastic location for Moraira centre. Great sunny balcony with lots of space. Small problem with drainage in the walk in shower, housekeeping need to check the plug hole for blockages.

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement fonctionnel, agréable, calme et proche de tout. Superbe accueil à l'agence Solhabitat. Lit double beaucoup trop petit pour un couple de corpulence normale et le filtre du lave vaisselle ne semble jamais avoir été nettoyé (mauvaises odeurs et risque de bactéries dans l'eau qui stagne).

Super Lage. schön große und komfortable Wohnung.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind nur ein paar hundert Meter zum Strand, zur Innenstadt und zum öffentlichen Parkplatz (kostenlos). Trotzdem war es nicht wirklich laut, dazu haben sicherlich die gut isolierten Fenster beigetragen. Wir waren zu zweit dort, es hätte aber eine ganze Familie ausreichend Platz gehabt. Die Ausstattung ist in allen Belangen und Räumen mehr als gut. Hier kann man es gut im Sommerurlaub aushalten. Die Kontakte zum Vermietungsbüro waren hilfreich, schnell und freundlich. Beim Waschbecken an der Waschmaschine, funktionierte das Wasser nicht. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer schien die kalte Luft aus der Klimaanlage nicht so gut wie in den anderen Räumen anzukommen. Wir hätten sie auch gerne für einzelne Räume individuell geschaltet.

Séjour à Moraira

L’appartement est très bien situé pour aller à la plage et profiter des commerces du centre ville. Un petit bémol , il faudrait penser à allumer le réfrigérateur avant l’arrivée des locataires et vérifier les quelques ustensiles défectueux (tiré bouchon cassé) Les capsules de la cafetière sont introuvables dans les commerces de proximité.
